You can set taxes on items and categories directly from the back office portal.
Tax on items
1. Log-in to the back-office portal
2. Go to the Items tab
3. Click "EDIT" on the item
4. Enable / Disable the "Apply Tax" checkbox
5. Click on "SAVE AND CLOSE"
Tax on categories
1. Log-in to the back-office portal
2. Go to the Categories tab
3. Click "EDIT" on the category
4. Choose the Tax Status from the dropdown menu
Set tax per item --> By default taxes are enabled on all items within the category. You can choose to enable or disable tax on specific items within the category
Disable on all items --> Disable tax for all categories in this category
Pastry tax --> When 6 or more items are selected from this category, tax will not be applied to those items. You can choose to enable or disable tax on specific items
5. Click on "SAVE AND CLOSE"
