You can cancel and refund orders directly from the back-office portal.
To cancel and refund a live order, go to the "Live Orders" tab and click on the order you wish to cancel.
Click on the arrow in the top right to open the drop-down menu
In the drop-down menu, click "Cancel & Refund".
**NOTE**: You cannot cancel delivery orders within 15 minutes of the pick-up time.
A pop-up window will appear. Enter a reason for the cancellation and click "Confirm". The customer will be notified that their order has been cancelled & refunded via email.
To process refunds for past orders, go tp the "Refunds" tab.
Refunds can take up to a maximum of 5-10 business days to appear on a customer's credit card statement.
To refund an order from your online ordering site you will need to provide:
- Order number
- Confirmation code
- Select between Partial Refund or Full Refund
- Provide the reason for the refund (this will appear in your monthly transaction report)
