You can edit existing item names/descriptions/prices and category names/descriptions from the back-office portal.
You can view, edit, disable and re-position items from the "Items" tab.
1. Sort & search: You can sort items by category or search for a specific item.
2. Status: This is where you can make items available or non-available on your online ordering site. Deactivate items by turning off the blue switch.
3. Edit: Click here to edit an item's name, description or price (if you are using our POS integrated solution, all price modifications must be done from your POS).
4. Drag & Drop: You can re-position items by dragging-and-dropping them into a specific position. This will reorganize the order that items appear on your online ordering site.
Adding stock quantities
From the "Edit" view of an item, you can add a stock quantity. The quantity will decrease every time that specific item is ordered. Once the quantity reaches 0, the item will no longer appear on your online ordering site.
Simply CHECK the "Stock" checkmark and add the respective qty value.
Note: For POS integrated solution, the stock qty DOES NOT sync with your POS.
You can view, edit and re-order categories from the "Categories" tab by clicking on "Edit".
You can also mark a category as alcohol. Doing so requires customers to order at least one non-alcoholic item before adding an item from this category to their order. Please enable this setting based on your local province or states restrictions.
