Before receiving any payment from your online ordering site, you'll need to configure your e-commerce account with our payment provider Bambora.
Note: You may begin to accept online orders before completing this process. All funds will be held by Bambora and transferred as soon as you complete them.
Configure your Bambora account (penny-drop)
Once your payment account is activated, you will receive an email from Bambora to configure your account. Look out for the following email and make sure to check your junk folder. You have 24hrs to complete this process from reception of the email.

Follow the steps outlines in the email to configure your account.
What to do if it's been more 24hrs since I received the email
- Contact Bambora directly by replying to their email at email@example.com.
- You may also call them at 1-833-226-2672
- Make sure you have your Bambora Merchant ID (MID) on hand, which can be found in the original "Your account is LIVE!" email.
