In this tutorial, we'll show you how to add your online ordering link to your website, and on Google to make it easy for your customers to find!
Adding it to your website
The most important place to add your online ordering link is your website. It's critical that you make it very clear to customers that they can order from your website by creating an "Online Order" button. Make it visible from your landing page without a customer needing to scroll down to find it.
We strongly encourage you NOT to have buttons leading towards delivery apps such as UberEats on your website. Customers are less likely to order from your commission-free site.
You can also request that our support team send you an ordering widget that you can easily add to your website.
Adding your link on your Google Business page
You can also add your ordering link on your Google Business listing for customers to order when they search for your business.
- Login to your Google account at google.com/business
- Click the "Info" tab and go to "Order" and add copy-paste your ordering link.
- Click the "Star" icon to display your commission-free site as your preferred ordering option to customers.
IMPORTANT: You should also add your online ordering link to "Menu". The Menu link is the one that appears on mobile.
Your ordering links should then appear, as in the image below. Please note there could be a delay of 2-3 business days for Google to approve the link.
